Herbal teas for Blood Pressure

Blood pressure has hassled the lives of many people who do not have lived their lives recklessly and haven’t cared about their health at all in any stage of their being. Worry not, people can now have the solution to this condition, which has potential of inviting many other nerve wrecking and heart threatening diseases, in the form of herbal teas.

Alfalfa Tea: It has proven to be the best form of herbal tea which treats blood pressure effectively. For tea crush the alfalfa seeds to powdered form and then boil it in four cups of water for 30 minutes at least. Post which strain it and consume when it has cooled down a little, have it at least 7 times a day.

Marigold Tea: Another effective form of herbal tea is Marigold tea. Crush two flower heads of this orange flower and add them to two cups of water. Leave it to boil for 15 to 20 minutes and then strain the water, throw away the flower heads and your tea is ready. This one should be had at least twice a day.

Between these two the blood pressure levels of many have come under control and they are highly recommended.
