High or low blood pressure is a very commonly observed syndrome that is observed in people worldwide. Low blood pressure is the force that the blood exerts on the walls of the blood vessels, which may be categorized by lowered heart beats, rate of breathing and temperature. In actual terms blood pressure is generated by the heart pumping blood in to the arteries. When the heart pumps the blood pressure levels are always higher, than when it is relaxing.
